Well, this week I had hoped to show me in my shirt.
But I am still not at the goal I need to be at to be in the shirt. I am down a total of 23 pounds, but not 25! Close but not yet!!! Ugh! However in the body fat department, I am almost normal healthy range! You can learn more about body fat percentage here
, to be normal would be great! I've lost a good amount of fat, just need to loose a little bit more to be considered normal. Keep on moving forward...
I did meet the goal of 10 hours of exercise and my calories in were clean and where they needed to be... I just had way too high expectations for this week.
